Zirconia, a bio-ceramic, is widely utilized in bioengineering, biomedical implants, dentistry, and the automotive industry due to high hardness, excellent wear resistance, etc. However, it difficult attain micro features on zirconia utilizing laser machining system for aforesaid properties. The paper deals with study of Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) formation during micro-channel milling (V-shaped cross-sections) nanosecond fiber system. Experiments are accomplished examine consequence control variables namely transverse feed, pulse frequency, power, scan number, speed. influence each process response parameter studied order get significant trends parameters. With increment number pass HAZ width dimensions tend increase. reverse phenomena observed frequency lower which achieved as 31.74 μm at parametric setting average power 10 W, 65 kHz, scanning speed 11 mm/s, 1, feed 0.005 mm.
